Pickup and timing
Pickup windows are estimates. Traffic, season, sunset and shared-routing requirements can change the exact time. Guests are responsible for supplying an accurate reachable phone number and being ready at the confirmed location.
Safety and suitability
Guests must disclose ages, pregnancy, mobility needs and relevant back, neck, heart or other health conditions before confirmation. Operators may refuse an activity when safety requirements are not met. Motorised activities have separate age, identification and equipment rules.
Cancellations and changes
The cancellation, rescheduling, no-show and refund rules supplied with the final quote apply to the booking. Weather, government direction, safety concerns or operational conditions may require route, timing or activity changes.
Third-party operation
Where a licensed operating partner fulfils transport, camp or activity services, its safety instructions and service conditions also apply. The final confirmation should identify the responsible operating or contracting business.
