When you submit a booking request, we collect the details you provide: name, email, phone or WhatsApp number, travel date, guest counts, pickup area, selected tour and your message. Basic security records may include a one-way hash derived from the request IP address.
How the information is used
We use the information to answer your enquiry, check availability, confirm pickup and package details, prevent abuse, maintain booking records and provide support related to your requested service.
Sharing and processors
Details may be shared only with the relevant authorised tour operator, transport or camp partner when needed to quote or fulfil the requested experience. We do not sell personal data. Hosting, email and messaging providers may process data on our behalf under their own security obligations.
Retention and security
Enquiry records are retained only as long as reasonably needed for service, accounting, dispute and legal requirements. Administrative access is protected, form submissions use validation and anti-forgery controls, and sensitive configuration is kept outside the public web directory.
Your choices
You may ask to access, correct or delete eligible enquiry information by emailing us. Certain records may need to be retained where required by law or to resolve a transaction or dispute.
